I’m Claire Graham, founder of Claire Graham Nutritional Therapy and CG Yoga & Wellness. Through my one-to-one consultations, workshops and related events, I hope to share my knowledge and love of holistic medicine with you. I am passionate about holistic health & wellbeing and making it accessible to all. I am a BANT certified Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist via the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London. Nutritional therapy has been an enormous part of my personal health journey. I am also a certified Yoga Teacher (E-RYT200, Yoga Alliance; YACEP), I am a trained Mindfulness teacher, Wellness Coach and Cosmic Kid's Yoga teacher. I have also been involved with Food for the Brain as their program manager. FFB is a small charity focussed on education around nutrition, cognitive function and mental health across the lifespan.
